Deposits and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, systems, and materials created by EMPERIUS® remain the intellectual property of EMPERIUS® until full payment is received.

Upon full payment:

Clients receive rights to final deliverables (unless otherwise specified)
EMPERIUS® retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and marketing

Unauthorized use, duplication, or resale of materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information
Supply required materials, assets, and approvals
Communicate promptly to avoid project delays

EMPERIUS® is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client communication or materials.

6. Results Disclaimer

While EMPERIUS® implements proven strategies, we do not guarantee:

Specific search engine rankings
Website traffic increases
Revenue or business outcomes

Digital performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EMPERIUS® shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Service interruptions or third-party failures

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Performance of external tools

9. Termination

Payments are not made
