Refund Policy

All payments made to EMPERIUS® are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our services, which include digital strategy, consulting, website development, SEO implementation, and customized business infrastructure, all work is considered intellectual, time-based, and resource-intensive once initiated. By engaging with EMPERIUS® and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to project delays, changes in business direction, or dissatisfaction with subjective elements of the work. Clients are responsible for reviewing all proposals, scopes of work, and deliverables prior to purchase. Any concerns will be addressed in good faith; however, payment remains non-refundable once services have commenced or been reserved.

All projects are structured under a fixed payment schedule: 35% deposit due upfront to initiate and secure project placement, 35% due at the defined midpoint of the project, and the remaining 30% due upon completion prior to final delivery, transfer of assets, or launch. The initial deposit is required to reserve time within EMPERIUS®’s production schedule and is non-refundable under all circumstances. Failure to submit scheduled payments may result in project delays, paused work, or termination of services at EMPERIUS®’s discretion. EMPERIUS® reserves the right to withhold deliverables, access credentials, and final files until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all proposals, scopes of work, timelines, and deliverables prior to entering into an agreement. By proceeding, the Client confirms full understanding and acceptance of these terms. EMPERIUS® will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and maintain project alignment; however, all payments remain non-refundable as compensation for time, expertise, and resources committed.
